In order to be able to offer Klarna as a payment option, we share your personal data (contact information and order information) with Klarna. This is so that Klarna can assess whether you can use the payment methods, and to customize them for you. Your shared personal data is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information. 

1. Ordering
When you've completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation email, you'll find all the information about products, prices, billing and the delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, contact us immediately by email at hello@weard.com.

2. Shipping
We currently only deliver within Sweden, Norway and within the EU.

- Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days within Sweden and 2-7 working days within the EU and Norway, with the exception of major campaigns and depending on address and shipping selection.

- If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us at hello@weard.com and enter your order number.

- If packages are not picked up, there is a charge of €30 for the cost of shipping, return shipping and handling.

 3. Pricing
All the prices in our shop are given in euros and include 25% sales tax. We reserve the right to changes in price caused by price changes from suppliers, errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices depending on incorrect information. We also reserve the right to adjust the price.

 4. Right to returns
When buying goods on the website, you have a statutory 14 day right to return, which applies from the date you received the product you ordered. When you make a return, a service fee of 4 euros will be deducted from your refund. 

4.1 When using your right to return:

To facilitate the return process, we offer a user-friendly return portal that enables you to effortlessly initiate the return of your order. Simply visit our return portal here, follow the provided steps, and you will promptly receive the shipping label.

Should you have any queries or require assistance, please feel free to reach out to us via email at hello@weard.com. In your message, kindly provide us with your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear explanation of your question or concern.


You should return your products to us immediately, or at the latest within the regulatory 14 days after informing us.

We reserve the right to deduct from your refund a sum corresponding to the depreciation in value of the product, resulting from use of, or damage to, the product.

4.2 The right to return does not apply when:
- Products which were sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where you have broken the seal.

- Specially manufactured products, which have been custom made for you or have a clear personal touch as per your request.

- Services that have been rendered, in which you explicitly agreed to the condition that there wouldn't be a right to a return.

5. Returns, claims & complaints
We check all our products before they are sent to you. However, if the product is damaged or has defects when it arrives, we agree to resolve the issue free of charge, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been found.

5.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
In the event of errors or defects please send a message to hello@weard.com, including your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.

If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. We pay for the return shipping of approved claims.

We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the goods are not faulty, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. For claims and complaints, we follow the guidelines from

6. Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect injuries that may arise because of the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances outside the company's responsibility (force majeure). These circumstances can include (for example) labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced, or lack of, delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes made to products/product properties by the respective supplier, and other factors outside our control.

7. Product information
We reserve the right to any printing errors on this site and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products when a particular color difference may occur because of the monitor, photo quality or resolution. We always try to present our products as accurately as possible.

8. Information about Cookies
According to the regulations regarding electronic information, visitors to a website should be informed if cookies will be used. A cookie is a small text file that the site requests permission to save to your computer, which provides access to various features. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's surfing pattern. We use cookies to improve your experience on the website by, for example, remembering the items you put in your shopping cart, which in turn helps us provide better special offers. Changes to the general Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions are published on the website. Use of the website or ordering from it means that you accept the new terms and conditions related to orders or visits to the website.

Disputes and claims
In cases where a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see https://www.arn.se/om-arn/Languages/english-what-is-arn. If you live in an EU country other than Sweden, you can submit a complaint online via the EU Commission's platform for Online Dispute Resolution, see https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
