Delivery & Return

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information.

 

DELIVERY 

- Currently, we only ship orders within Sweden.

- We currently offer four different shipping options:

  • Standard shipping with Postnord costs nothing for purchases over SEK 500.

  • Door Delivery with Budbee costs nothing for purchases over SEK 1000.

  • For smaller orders under SEK 500, standard shipping with Postnord is added for SEK 39.

  • We also offer delivery to the door with Budbee for a cost of SEK 49.

- We offer Postnord and Budbee as delivery methods.

- Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days with the exception of major campaigns and depending on address and shipping      choice.

- If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us at hello@weard.com and provide your order number.

- Unclaimed packages will be charged SEK 150 for the cost of shipping, return shipping and handling.



RETURNS
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received an item that you have ordered.

- When you make a return, a return fee of SEK 39 is added, which is deducted from your refund.

- You must announce that you regret it. The message should be sent to us at hello@weard.com. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

- You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

- From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.

- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
