We never sell or pass on your information to third parties unless necessary for legal purposes.
Weard is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us in order to handle your order, as well as to adapt our marketing processes to your individual needs, for example if you have requested to receive our newsletter or special offers.

10.1 What is personal data?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly connected to a natural person.
10.2 What personal data do we store?
To manage your order and answer questions related to it (customer service) we store your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis for handling your information, for example to complete the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringlsagen 1999:1078).
10.3 Legal basis:
When you make a purchase, your personal data is processed in order that we can complete our agreement with you. Marketing messages, campaigns and similar mail-outs are sent with your consent.
10.4 Which data is shared and with what purpose?

When a purchase is carried out, information is shared with our payment provider. We store your first name, last name, address, email address and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the identification number (the social security number, i.e. Swedish personnummer) of the payment provider is also saved. The information is saved in order to carry out the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment provider (payment service) that we use is: Klarna.
10.4.2 Shipping companies:
In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. We share your first name, last name and delivery address with the shipping company. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
The shipping companies we work with are: PostNord, Budbee, DHL, Sipmondo & Unifaun.
10.4.3 Newsletters:
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, then we will share your first name, last name and email address with our newsletter provider. This is so that we can keep you updated with information and special offers.
We use Klaviyo to send out newsletters.
10.4.4 SMS marketing:
If you have chosen to subscribe to news and offers, your first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address will be shared with our third-party provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
10.5 Right to access:
You have the right to receive all the information that we have about you. This can be provided electronically in a readable format.
10.6 Right to correction:
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or to add information that is missing.
10.7 Right to be forgotten:
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it needs to be retained in order for us to meet a legal obligation (for example, under the Swedish Accounting Act).
