Returns and Refunds

At Weard AB, we always strive to ensure that you, as a customer, are satisfied with your purchases from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you have a legally mandated 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order.

To be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and any tags and labels must be intact. Underwear that has been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If you want to return an item, it is important that you first contact us to receive information on how to proceed. The customer is responsible for the return cost, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, you as a customer are responsible for both the return cost and the handling fee of €30.

11.1 When using your right of return:

To facilitate the return process, we offer a user-friendly return portal that enables you to effortlessly initiate the return of your order. Simply visit our return portal here, follow the provided steps, and you will promptly receive the shipping label.

You should return your products to us immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving your package.

We reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount equivalent to the depreciation in value of the product as a result of use or damage to the product.

11.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply when:

  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where you have broken the seal.
  • Custom-made products that have been tailored to you or have a clear personal touch according to your request.
  • Services that have been performed, where you explicitly agreed that there would be no right of return.

11.3 Returns, Complaints, and Claims:

We inspect all our products before they are shipped to you. However, if the product is damaged or has defects upon arrival, we agree to resolve the issue at no cost, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

11.3.1 Return Cost:

When you make a return, a return fee will be deducted from your refund. Within the EU, the return fee is €10.

For packages that are not picked up, a fee of €30 will be charged for return handling, shipping, and service fees. This will be deducted directly from your refund.
