Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Sweden, Norway and within the EU.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies from contry to contry, look at our shipping chart here for more information about your shipping cost.


In Sweden:

Standard shipping with Postnord costs nothing for purchases over €50
- Door delivery with Budbee (availability may differ from country to country) costs nothing for purchases over €70.
- For smaller orders under €50, standard shipping will be added with Postnord for €4.
- We also offer delivery to the door with Budbee in Sweden for a cost of €5.

Within Europe:
- We offer free shipping on orders over €100 with DHL.
- For orders under €100 there is a shipping cost of €7 with DHL.

What delivery methods do you use?

We use Postnord and Budbee for deliveries within Sweden. For the EU and Norway we use DHL as our primary partner.

Does it cost anything to make a return?

When you make a return, a return fee will be deducted from your refund. Within Sweden the return fee is 39 SEK and within the EU the return fee is €10.

For packages that are not picked up and sent back to us, there is a fee of 150 SEK for return handling, shipping and service fee within Sweden. If this happens outside Sweden, we charge €30 for the above. This will be deducted directly from your refund.

Can I track my order?

As soon as we have sent your order, you can track it via the link we sent to your registered e-mail address.

When can I expect my delivery?

We send your order the same day or the day after it arrives and the delivery is usually with you within 1-3 working days in Sweden and 2-7 working days in the EU and Norway.

How do I use my discount code?

Promotional codes must be added to checkout to be activated. It is not possible to add promotional codes after the purchase has been completed.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed. Get in touch with our customer service and we'll help you out hello@weard.com :)

Sizing & Care instructions

I usually have XS but your smallest size is S, will S work for me?

Our sizes are a bit smaller and an S should work for XS. However, we are working on developing an XS. Some of our products are in the size XS already. Feel free to check out our size guide where you can read more about our sizes.

How do I best wash my underwear?

Our underwear is made of bamboo and of high quality to last a long time. We recommend that you wash your underwear at 40 degrees without fabric softener to keep it as long as possible. The stumps also work great to wash at 60 degrees (C).

Our loungewear contracts slightly in the wash, so we recommend stretching the garments before hanging them up to dry. Tumble drying is not recommended.
